Scope of services
Global Visa may provide consultations, document checklists, application-form support, appointment assistance, document organisation and communication support for visa and migration matters. The exact scope, timetable and fee are set out in the written service proposal, invoice or agreement for your case.
No guarantee of a decision
Government authorities, consulates, embassies and other competent bodies make all decisions independently. Global Visa cannot guarantee a visa, permit, registration, appointment, processing time or positive decision.
Client responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and genuine information and documents, disclose relevant facts, meet deadlines, attend appointments when required and comply with official instructions. You remain responsible for statements and applications submitted in your name.
Documents and data
We process documents only for the agreed service and may ask for additional information where needed. You authorise us to submit or share relevant documents with the competent authority, consulate, insurer or other named service provider only where necessary for the agreed service and permitted by law. Please do not provide documents that are not requested.
Fees and third-party costs
Our service fee, payment schedule and any refund terms are stated in the written proposal, invoice or agreement. Government fees, translation, notarisation, medical, courier, insurance and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included in writing.
Changes and termination
A change in your circumstances, official rules, deadlines or required documents may affect the scope, time and cost of the service. Either party may end the service in writing, subject to payment for work completed and non-recoverable third-party costs, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Global Visa is not responsible for a refusal, delay or loss caused by an authority, third party, incomplete or inaccurate client information, or events beyond our reasonable control.
