Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests

To cancel or change a confirmed tour, contact us in writing at SL.globalvisa@gmail.com. A cancellation takes effect when we confirm receipt of your request.

Deposit and unpaid balance

The required deposit secures the booking in accordance with the booking confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the trip starts. If the remaining balance is not received by that deadline, Global Visa may cancel the booking and the deposit is non-refundable.

Client cancellations

The treatment of payments when a client cancels is stated in the booking confirmation and may depend on the date of cancellation and non-recoverable charges imposed by hotels, transport providers, guides and other suppliers. We will identify applicable deductions before processing any refund.

Cancellation by Global Visa

If we cancel a confirmed tour for reasons within our reasonable control and cannot offer a suitable alternative, we will offer either a refund of amounts received for the cancelled tour or a credit/alternative tour, subject to any non-excludable legal rights. We are not responsible for costs you arrange independently unless required by law.

Force majeure

Weather, natural events, road closures, conflict, public-health measures, governmental actions, supplier failure and other events outside reasonable control may require cancellation or itinerary changes. In these cases, refunds and credits depend on recoverable amounts and supplier terms, while mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payer or another lawful method agreed in writing, less any stated non-recoverable charges. Bank and intermediary charges may be deducted where charged by the payment provider.

This policy and your confirmation

A booking confirmation may contain more specific terms for a particular itinerary. If there is a conflict, the written booking confirmation governs for that booking, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
