Enquiries and services

A website enquiry is not a booking, contract, visa application or guarantee of service. A service is confirmed only after Global Visa confirms availability and provides the applicable booking confirmation, invoice or service agreement.

Traveller responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, holding valid travel documents, meeting health and entry requirements, obtaining required permissions, and following the laws and rules of destinations and service providers.

Third-party services

Transport, accommodation, insurance, government bodies, consulates and other suppliers operate under their own terms. Global Visa may assist with arrangements but is not responsible for decisions, acts, omissions, delays or changes made by third parties except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual property

Website content, photographs, branding and materials may not be copied, republished or used commercially without written permission, except as permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Global Visa is not liable for indirect loss, loss caused by inaccurate information supplied by a client, force majeure, travel disruption, governmental decisions or third-party actions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
