Tour Booking Terms

Enquiry is not a booking

Submitting a tour request or custom-tour form does not reserve places and does not create a final booking. We will review availability and contact you with the next steps.

Confirmation

A booking becomes confirmed only when Global Visa confirms it in writing and the required deposit has been received, unless the written confirmation states otherwise. We may decline or cancel an unconfirmed request where availability, supplier terms, safety or operational conditions do not permit the tour.

Price and inclusions

The price, itinerary, group size, inclusions, exclusions and payment schedule are those shown in the written booking confirmation or invoice. Prices may change before confirmation because of supplier costs, currency movements, taxes, fuel costs, group size or itinerary changes. After confirmation, any change will be handled as stated in the booking confirmation and applicable law.

Participation

Travellers must be fit for the booked activities, follow safety instructions, disclose relevant requirements that may affect participation, and hold valid documents and insurance where required. We may refuse participation where this is necessary for safety, law or supplier requirements.

Changes requested by you

Requested changes are subject to availability and may change the price. We will confirm any revised arrangements and charges in writing before they take effect.

Changes made by us

We may make reasonable changes to routes, timings, accommodation or activities when required by weather, safety, local conditions, suppliers or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate material changes as soon as reasonably practicable.

Cancellation and payments

Payments and cancellation are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and Payment Policy, together with any specific terms in your booking confirmation.
