Consent

By selecting the required consent checkbox and submitting a Global Visa form, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and voluntarily consent to the collection, recording, storage, use, updating, transfer where necessary, restriction, deletion and destruction of your personal data for the purposes described below.

Data covered

Depending on the requested service, this may include your name, contact details, nationality, date of birth, travel and booking details, payment-related information, passport or identity-document details, visa or migration documents and files you upload. Please provide only the documents requested for your service.

Purposes

Your data will be processed to respond to your request, prepare and deliver the requested tour, visa or migration service, communicate with you, arrange required travel-related services, process payments, meet legal obligations and protect legal rights.

Recipients and transfers

Where necessary for the requested service, relevant data may be transferred to accommodation and transport providers, guides, insurers, banks or payment providers, competent government authorities, consulates or visa-processing bodies, and hosting, email or IT service providers. International transfers may be necessary for travel, visa or migration services. We do not sell your personal data.

Duration

Consent applies from submission until the service is completed and for the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy: enquiry data up to 90 days where no service is booked; service records up to 12 months after completion; identity documents generally up to 30 days after completion, unless a longer period is required by law, an active matter or your written request. Payment and accounting records may be kept for statutory periods.

Your choice and withdrawal

You may withdraw consent by writing to SL.globalvisa@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully or processing required by law, and may prevent us from providing or completing the requested service.

Confirmation

You confirm that the information and documents you submit are yours to provide, are accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have authority to provide information about any other person included in your request.
